The Tea Festival Frieze 2018

The Islington Chinese Association (ICA) wanted work to brighten up their dinning room and celebrate the annual Tea Festival 2018. This project was made in collaboration with artist, Hinchee Hung.

The aim of the event was also to provide members of the ICA with a short course to gain a craft skill they could use at home and have their work celebrated around the center.

The ICA were a skilful group of 60 people who cut lino blocks which they printed onto cards. we used the Tea themed blocks to print the frieze. Partly sponsored by the Arts Council.
